Great player, very compact, and love the QWERTY keypad on the back of the remote. One serious drawback....if you are buying this model because you want to watch Hulu, you will be frustrated by at least one bug in the Hulu app (not VIZIO's fault, per se). When playing Hulu shows, I get many interruptions with an error message saying "We're sorry, but there is an issue playing this video..." I have no problems with Netflix, Pandora, YouTube or any other apps....just Hulu. Hulu says they are investigating the bug, but no fix yet. (How does this stuff get past their testing team !!!) Anyway, great player, just lousy Hulu app.

The Vizio player works great and it has many features and useful apps. The two-sided remote, the touch-sensitive power button, the tray-less design and the Price!! Of course is a BONUS,
The usb supports a good selection of Formats including, Mp4, M2ts (H.264 AVC video), divx and some others I haven't tested as yet.
I'm impressed.
Keep up the good work Vizio. Hope a firmware update is available soon as well.(Posted on 11/21/12)

I purchased the VBR337 about a month ago. The set up was a breeze, and the BluRay picture is Great!!!! only drawback that I see is that it does not upscale regular dvd's to near bluray quality....Maybe they can do something with a firmware update...
