Purchased this TV Feb 09 2012 to replace our 55" Samsung HDTV (720) rear projection (approx 10 years old). We had been looking at new tv's for about a year but just couldn't choke down the price. Then we saw this TV at Walmart and was amazed at the value. After a few days of research and thinking about it we bit the bullet and took the TV home. Wow was all I can say, fantastic TV quality, the picture is amazing and it's just a great TV I can't imagine my eyes being able to detect a difference between this TV and 5000.00 Tv if there even is one. All I can say is don't waist your money with a "expensive" brand it doesn't get better than this :)!
