Product Review (submitted on January 24, 2011):
Another Costco customer who got this at $499.95 (I believe this price is through 1.31.11), with two-year warranty included. It replaced a two year old Sony Bravia M Class, and the Vizio has superior sharpness and true colors. Four HDMI inputs are great, but I have it connected to a Denon AVR-990 receiver as a monitor. The Vizio Internet Apps feature is outstanding. The TV recognized my Apple Time Capsule WiFi immediately, and it was very easy to set up my Netflix and Pandora accounts. I prefer the Vizio interface to Roku XDS box. Vizio customer service tells me that Hulu Plus update will be pushed out in a week or two. I live in Southwestern Connection, and my Terk amplified antenna pulls in over 20 HD stations from NYC, NJ, etc. The packaging is very clever in that you undo four clips at bottom, and lift the top of the box up and off, making removing the TV very easy. The Yahoo weather app is great. and the TV guide app is essential, as I canceled DirecTV a few months ago, and don't regret that for a moment. My only complaint is that the buttons on the remote are very small, and the "piano black" finish gets smudged quickly. Unless you think you need greater than 60Hz refresh rate, this full featured HDTV with built in WiFi is a terrific value!
