- TV is great, remote not so much Review by MT
-
The TV is great, very good picture quality and easy to set up. The built in picture or video viewer from the USB is great, but could stand some improvement in managing if from the controls would bed nice.
The remote control which came with the TV has some nice features, but also has some issues I dislike. It does have several of the menu "hot key" buttons to save you having to always work your way through the drop down menus, which is nice. The numeric keys are difficult to push (stiff) and often result in multiple entries that have to be deal with. The numeric keys are wide, but closely spaced vertically, so anyone with larger fingers will have some difficulty pushing the desired numeric key and not get double or triple entries. Also, the lack of a built in qwerty keyboard means that when needed, you have to use the on screen keyboard which is very time consuming. It attempts to anticipate what you next character might be so that you do not have to do as much moving the "cursor" all over the keyboard, but it frequently guesses wrong and makes getting to the desire letter much more difficult. Maybe I can find a different universal remote to overcome these issues, but it appears what is offered by Vizio is pretty much made like the one which came with the TV.
Overall, I like the TV and am dealing with remote control(Posted on 12/1/12)

- Been a great buy Review by Shawn
-
I bought this TV in Oct as a replacement for my Insignia that went out. Was very pleased with the picture. Was an upgrade from the old 720 LCD. Internet app are not important to me except for the use of Netflix. Sound quality is a bit to be desired but this TV sits in my bedroom so its not an issue. The ability to connect a USB device is a major plus. Only real con to this TV is not being able to update codec. All in All, it was a good buy.

- The BEST value for the price and quality... Review by MannyX

I have purchase this AWESOME TV to replace my old plasma 32'' Vizio that gave up on me that I have had for 10yrs now... Before making any purchase I have been through many stores in the past 2 week trying to get the best TV for my family, I finally told the wife that this is the only 1 that was right for me...
1st off price was awesome at Wally World thanks for the low pricing, setup was easy to go through piece of cake anyone can do it...
2nd connecting WiFi was easy, log into all the apps was great A+++
3rd my son loves NetFlix, he watches all his cartoons & movies WOW picture quality is perfect in HD, you can't complaint at all nice!!!!
4th finally got time last night for family's movies with the kids, watching Madagascar 3 & The Lorax on blu-ray disc was another WOW amazing picture quality beyond superior of a 1k-2k TV, it was minded blowing that the wife said to me how much was this TV that you pickup at Wally World for & she say the picture just look to real WOW... A+++
5th after the kids get their share of the TV it was Black Hawk Down & Act Of Valor blu-ray, all I can says is that it was another awesome picture quality and surrounds sound that made this another A+++
6th after viewing this TV it was totally a great buy I have no regret buying another TV again, plus Vizio has always been the best choice for TV...
7th my in-law bought a top of the line Sony for 1k LED with everything @ Best buy & says to me how much was this TV @ Wally World & WOW after last night movies he couldn't believe how clear & crispy the picture & surrounds sounds was....
I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a nice, budgeted WiFi TV. It's easy to set up, feature rich and has a nice and large screen with great quality picture.(Posted on 10/24/12)
- Incredible Picture Review by Matt
-
I was blown away by the picture quality. I felt like I was no longer watching T.V., but was actually watching real life. I am a competitive COD player, and the 120hz refresh rate coupled with the 5ms response time make this T.V. ideal for online gaming. I did some serious research, and this model has the best bang for your buck. I got mine at $488 from sam's club. Just make sure you get an HDMI cable that can handle the refresh rate and you're good to go!

- Lacking functionality Review by BT
-
Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime do not work on this TV as they do on your PC or on a Roku. Certain features, like a queue do not work. On my Roku I can watch the Voice, on this TV I can't. Same issue with Amazon Prime, I wanted to watch a movie that was free for Prime members but I would have had to pay for it using this TV, that's after logging in to my Prime account through the TV. As far as the TV itself, I have been pleased with the performance for a TV in this price range, a good value as long as you know what you are getting.

- GREAT TV Review by JW
-
All is fine with my new Vizio tv, model E422VLE.
That only thing I don't like, is that it has no web browser, and I am hoping just like everyone else, that they will find a way of making it happen.
Other than that, it's a great set, easy to setup and operate.(Posted on 6/15/12)
- WOW Review by Robert

I bought a TV called Hisense and the next day I took it back. It was the same price as this TV but the difference is day and night. First this is 120hz and that makes a big difference when it comes to picture clarity.
The picture on this TV is like a still shot, I still can't believe the picture quality. The HD is unbelievable. I had to upgrade my cable to get an HD box and well worth it. I have no complaints about this TV at all.
I also subscribe to netflix and it plays flawlessly.I have to say that netflix loads faster than my Dell computer and I have 6gigs of ram on that and 2 processors. I love this TV and for the price of $538 at Walmart it is up there with the others and as far as I am concern they have to compete with Vizio now and Vizio is the standard other TVs have to compare to now.
The speakers are great and the design is sleek and I just can't say enough about this TV.
Thank You Vizio
I am looking forward to purchasing the Skype camera.(Posted on 5/24/12)
