The VIZIO XMF1000 Quick Install Slim HDTV Mount utilizes a modern, smart design to support 32” to 55” TVs up to 100 pounds. Installation is fast, easy, and secure, thanks to a simple crossbar and hook combination. Your HDTV can be mounted flush against the wall or at a 4° or 10° tilt. And because the mount is only 1” thin, your TV will be the center of attention, not your mount. This mount also includes $10,000 component insurance.

This unit is a whole lot less complicated than the brackets from a couple of years ago! Unfortunately I did not see the video (http://store.vizio.com/accessories/hdtv-wall-mounts/xmf1000.html) before installing. Only complaint is that on my 37 inch monitor, the handle sticks out too far - guess I need to shorten the rod - nothing in the literature about that. Far less expensive than other mounts sold for same product size

simple to install and very sturdy. hung my 70 pound 40 inch lcd sony laughing with my cousin. forget reading thru the instruction in detail, all you need is to quickly look at the illustration diagrams
