I had the TV for just over a year. A month after the warranty expired the screen started to get a slight discoloration on the bottom right. Not a big deal, barely noticeable with most shows. Last night, I was watching it no problem. I come home from work today and go to turn it on, the light comes on, I can hear the show, but the screen is black and of course it's out of warranty. Bottom line, don't use it as your primary television. By the way, I had a brand new one, not a re certified.
