Brand’s Exit Follows Most Successful Showing to Date, Highlighted by Multiple Top TV and Audio Category Awards

Irvine, CA — February 4, 2014 – VIZIO, America’s #1 Smart flat panel TV company1, completed its yearly showcase during the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV in early January with a number of successful product announcements.  Highlighted by its larger-than-life 120” Reference Series Ultra HD Smart TV and sub-$1,000 pricing on its 50” P-Series Ultra HD Smart TV, VIZIO debuted new products and technologies in the HDTV, audio, smart TV and computing spaces. While the week was met with buzz, VIZIO today announced that 2014 marks its final CES week showcase. 

Focused on closer alignment with retail partners, adjusting to ever-changing customer dynamics and making announcements when it’s right for the brand, VIZIO will be looking towards new ways to showcase its innovative products and technologies moving forward. After a number of successful showcases during CES, VIZIO is preparing for the next stage of brand development, bringing its showcase to more intimate venues for its partners, customers and press.

As VIZIO’s final CES week showcase, the brand revealed new innovations across multiple product categories. Products such as a 120” Reference Series Ultra HD TV, VIZIO’s P-Series Ultra HD collection which will launch with sub-$1,000 pricing on its 50” model, an all-new 21” 2.1 Sound Stand and others helped VIZIO earn more awards during 2014 CES than past years.
