Irvine, CA – May 6, 2014 – CyberFone Systems, LLC and VIZIO, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have resolved their dispute in CyberFone Systems LLC v. VIZIO, Inc., et al., Case No. 1:11-cv-833 (D. Del.).  CyberFone dismissed its patent infringement claims against VIZIO with prejudice and has covenanted not to assert these patents against VIZIO.  In consideration, VIZIO made a $15,000 donation to Mattel Children’s Hospital UCLA.
