HDTV's have come down in price as their popularity keeps growing.

"We evaluated 24 HD televisions for picture and audio quality, remote control use and features," said Jaz Radoncic of Good Housekeeping. Vizio topped the list in the 32 inch category for best value with excellent picture quality.
