- Great buy not to many reviews though Review by Eric

First let me say that this TV is one of the best I've owned and I've had almost every single hd technology out there lcd plasma and a dip and this is my favorite of them all. The picture is great if you mess with the settings personally I like vivid with a couple adjustments. there are some posted settings out there forthis TV but very few. For some reason there's not that much on reviews or much of anything for this TV. But alot for the e series very wierd? As for the sound the speakers are in the back but sound great at least for my apartment but if i had the room and neighbors not living above and beneath me I would definitely invest in surround sound home theater system. The smart apps are there but not on par with more expensive brands and kind of generic but I only watch Netflix and you tube so it works fine for me. I hooked my smart phone wirelessly to the TV which was cool for like 15 mins but probably never do it again. Ps3 games and blurays look awesome. I seen some ghosting effect on one old cheaply made movie once but I blame the movie not the TV lol. So overall the picture is great and as good as some more expensive brands, the apps are okay, the sound is decent, the value is amazing. Highly recommended for this price range.

Ive had my vizio m650vse for about two months now and I gotta say im very impressed with the picture quality. I would recommend buying the vizio costar eith this tv, it adds great internet options like web browser, pandora, and much more. Ive hosted several pay per view parties and always seem to get compliments on picture quality. I would recommend this tv to everyone.

Very pleased with this TV. Always been a Sony product person, Vizo has proven to me to be just as good. Beautiful picture, WiFi a great assest, able to watch net flix without hooking up to pc.
Just wished they had designed the USB input port on the side of tv for easy access instead of bottom of tv.

Just purchased this tv at Costco for a great price and I am more than satisfied with the crystal clear quality picture that it produces. This is my first Vizio tv but my brother has boughten a Vizio 55" and a Vizio 60" plasma from costco before and knew the picture would be good based on his. Installation of the stand was quick and simple. Setup wizard was also pretty self explanitory. Hooked up my Sony blu-ray dvd player and HD Dish receiver both with HDMI cables and my LG soundbar with an optical digital cable for best quality. And within 10 minutes or so had a home theatre that im proud of owning. The standard speaker system in the tv are good but nothing beats adding an additional sound system.
Overall, more than happy with my purchase!(Posted on 1/3/13)

- New Home Theatre Review by morr153

WOW what a great buy for the picture and size!
Have a 42" Vizio upstairs in living room, it has a wonderful picture, and still just as nice 2 years later. New 65" has same picture quality, and just an immense picture. Hooked TV upto sound system, now need 3 remotes to operate system.
I was surprised that the TV came without an owners manual, or a learning remote to operate other components.
Please direct me to the owners manual book and learning remote for this tv. thanks!(Posted on 12/11/12)

- Fantastic TV Review by Curt

I purchased this TV at Costco on 11-26-12 to replace a 2006 model Samsung plasma TV that used 4 times as much power as this set and it was a 42". And only 1080i. We are very pleased with this TV set up was very easy the picture is amazing. I also am surprised that there are very few reviews of this TV, I guess most people buy 60"and smaller, I was going to get the 60" set as well but could not get over how much more screen you get with the 65". The aps work great, I have good high speed cable and a good router, that must help. Some have complained about the stand but I find that it is just fine once it is set where it belongs there is no need to move it all around. I have not messed with the picture settings much as the programed choices seem to be just fine. If you want a 65" led lcd TV I don't think you can do better for the money I highly recommend. It uses less power than a 100 watt light bulb.

I bought this 65" led smart tv as a BF Deal at Sams club also, i was in line from 330a and had it out the door by 705a. To me its a great deal and great product. I am very pleased with almost every feature it has, i love the ease of use and not having to buy additional accessories for wifi or such. There is one thing i wish i could buy and that a wireless keyboard, the 2 sided remote is great a good concept yet for my size i would like something larger. The base could be a little more stout, but who cares im hanging that beast. Great Quality TV, Great features, and a ton of settings, great buy I know own 2 Vizios in my house and I am happy with both....

- Great Picture but I'm curious about the aps Review by Nick
-
Te picture of the TV looks great I was very impressed. My only complaint is that the browsers run a little slow I'm not sure if it is the WiFi connection or the TV though. I am curious about the aps and if there is a web browser ap available for the TV. Also If i were to decide to get the co-star would I be able to use this remote too. I feel likes its a waste to by just about the same remote for the co-star.

- GREAT SO FAR! Review by CAMARO

I purchased as a Black Friday stand in the line at 0530 hour at Sams Club. I wasn't sure about 65" of TV, but once it was set up my husband was impressed. The kids got our old 46" LCD Sony for their play area. We got to watch the ND vs USC game on it and we were impressed. If you like watching in the dark, the TV auto adjusts the brightness this is different - I guess this is the energy efficiency?

I was waiting to buy The E-Series 60” Class Razor LED on black friday at walmart when I went to pick it up at the pickup after I waited in line and paid for it. (They were OUT) I was not so happy. The Store Mgr was there and said she would make it right and replaced The E-Series 60” Class Razor LED with a VIZIO 65” Class Razor LED™ Smart TV | M650VSE. So I got a 1500 dollar tv that was 5 inches larger for 688 dollars. Now to my review.
Pro: easy setup, easy to setup Wifi, Cable box and PS3 Great color and sounds awesome.
Cons: Heavier then hell so make sure you have two full grown men to pick this 94 pound Vizio up. There is a sensor in middle of bottom that controls the lighting on tv so make sure you do not place anything in front of it or it will make your picture look dark.
The stand is cheap.
Other then that great pic and sound and I would tell any of my family or friends to purchase one.(Posted on 11/24/12)

Very Nice Little TV, 2010-12-28This review is from: VIZIO M160MV 16-Inch LED LCD HDTV with Razor LED Backlighting, BlackI boghut the Vizio M160MV to go in our kitchen because of the number of inputs, features, and the Vizio name. We are very happy with our purchase, and very satisfied with Amazon's great price and fast shipping. Here is some information that I hope you find helpful. These are things that were important to me, or things that I only found out after using the product. It has a headphone jack, allowing you to plug in some computer speakers. The rear-facing speakers in the TV reflect off the wall or corner you set it in front of, and the sound really isn't too bad. But add-on speakers do sound better. When speakers are plugged into the headphone jack, the built-in speakers turn off. You can also turn off the TV speakers from a menu.It has a USB port to allow you to view pictures. To test this, I purposely plugged in a thumb drive with gigabytes of junk on it, including many folders, and with .BMP and .JPG pictures on it. I was able to navigate through the folders and display the pictures with no problems. It has a slide show mode that will cycle through the pictures. It has an HDMI input and a VGA computer input, which can be selected from the remote. Another reviewer called the remote toyish , and I'll agree with that. You push the buttons fairly far for a very distinct click , which is unusual. Still, it works.I have only tested the TV portion by running a splitter from our living room TV's satellite input (RF, not HD). The picture is very good in my opinion. I think the viewing angle specification of 170 degrees is optimistic on Vizio's part, but when we sit it in the corner on our counter, we can view it from anywhere in the room without any problems or big change in the picture quality (some change, yes, but not enough to be a problem).Out of the box, the picture settings weren't that great, but there is a lot of adjustment range in the picture parameters such as brightness, contrast, and sharpness. In just a couple of minutes I was able to get the picture looking great. It comes with a pretty useful manual. The TV runs off 12VDC, with a small separate power supply. I have a feeling this was done to keep the TV small and thin (and cool), and to allow you to use a car adapter to power it in a car or camper. It looks like they really thought of every detail. The unit ships in the original (and colorful) box from Vizio with an Amazon shipping label stuck to the side. You might consider shipping it to where you work or to a place where someone will be there to accept the shipment. You wouldn't want it sitting on your front porch for very long since anyone walking by can clearly see what's in the box.

Just hooked up this TV a couple of hours ago and I am impressed with the picture. The stand that comes with the TV is not very sturdy though. Easy set up and while I am still working through the settings menu it seems pretty straight forward and understandable. The remote is nicer than most Picture seems bright and sharp. We will see how it performs for the few months and I will update my thoughts. I bought this TV from Costco and have 90 day's to return it.
