This is my 4th Vizio (the others are big screen).
I have been very happy with my big screen Vizio's.
The zize of the E191 is perfect for my kitchen.
Very slim and takes up little space.
Using cable input it was a very good picture for cable.
When I ran a HDMI cable to it from my Dish TV it was even better.
With 60 Hz and 720p it works fine for it's purpose in the kitchen.
I felt the sound was pretty good as well, but would better with extermal speakers.
I have been very pleased Vizio.
I currently have a 55" in the living room and a 48" in the bedroom.
As good as they are, I didn't think I could go wrong with this 19".
I highly recommend this tv, for$128 dollars it was also at a great price point(Posted on 2/9/13)

Nice TV. The picture quality is very good and it was very easy to setup. Many different picture modes to choose from or you can enter your own custom settings. Although the sound isn't top notch. Kind of sounds like it's coming from a tunnel. Lots of echo sounds and high pitched brassy sound too. Can be annoying. I hooked it up to a pair of small powered computer speakers and the sound was perfect. I would purchase this model again just for it's compact size and picture quality. A perfect size for a kitchen or dormitory, though you definitely need to invest in a pair of speakers. A pair of cheap, small computer speakers will be good enough.

I just bought this TV and I love it!! It has one of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen!! I am not even hooked up to cable or satellite!!
I think the sound is great as well! Over all I am VERY happy with my purchase!
Now if I could just find an antenna that will pull in all the channels I am trying to get.......(Posted on 1/11/13)

I wanted a small TV to replace our VERY OLD 20" CRT. Because Vizio is located in SoCal and Costco sells Visio, I wanted to give Vizio a try. I especially liked the way the cabinet is designed with the base curving up to the screen.
The picture really has to be viewed from straight-on. Side viewing or top viewing shows the picture washed out. Yes, the sound is not spectacular, but I can live with that.
I will be checking out Vizio first when we start shopping for a large-screen.

I received this as a Christmas gift, and I couldn't be happier. HD picture is sharp & color is true right out of the box. Best part is its size. Very compact considering the screen size is larger than I thought I could use. Fits right under the upper cabinets in the kitchen with the cable box right under it. It's perfect!

I bought this TV for the bedroom and it gives a great picture. The only negative I would give are the speakers which are pretty thin and there's no provision for adding external speakers to improve the sound.

This was the first tv I bought since living on my own. I purchased it over a year ago and still love it. It has moved across the country with me twice and it is still the only tv I have. The picture quality is great even without HD. The speakers are good to which is not common for such a small tv. I hook my computer up to it and listen to music all the time. It uses very little electricity which is nice. I will be buying a larger vizio tv as soon as I have the money for it. Vizio makes a great product and a great price for me thats a win. As long as Vizio keeps making tv's I'll keep buying them.
