I stood in the TV section of 3 stores and I kept getting drawn to the picture quality of the VIZIO! Awesome clarity, very defined lines, of course that's what HD means. I noticed that even if there is fast motion, like in a sport or lots of movement throughout the screen VIZIO picture never faltered, no fuzzy, blurry holographic shadow like figures that I heard about and seen for myself while watching other peoples flat panel TV's. Now for the almost got broke part... its not because of the price. It was very affordable for the size and additions of the SMART TV apps, which are nice. I like that you are able to sync an Ipod up with the youtube app. Just one complaint like everybody else has already mentioned the "REMOTE" nuff said right? I had a 10 yr old 30" Sony HD ready tube, and I forgot how heavy it was to lift it up to the top shelf of my desk. Lets just say that I almost didn't even get to enjoy my new 47" VIZIO I had just bought. Ample amount of inputs/plug

my 1st flat screen,lots of comparisons and research,and I'm very pleased with it.Almost bought a 50"other brand for close to same cost but felt picture quality wasnt equal.After I got it home and installed I'm glad I got the Vizio,great picture! Easy set up.Wish it had s-video connect for my dvd player

I love this TV; especially the Netflix and Amazon apps. I'll agree with some of the other reviews, the remote is small and a littl akward, but the TV is fabulous!

Great experience with this TV! I set it up by myself- and it took about 20 minutes- done. internet, Netflix....Wii system... all seamless and greeted with an excellent picture. YEAH! Happy me and at a very good price- thanks Target :)

We bought this TV two days ago at Sam's after reading reviews about it. Set up went great, except I had to put our wi fi password in several times before it took it. After everything was done and we went to watch the TV some shows and especially the words on the screen were fuzzy. I called and actually got a nice man in Utah to help me, basically he had me rescan for the channels again and it was perfect. We have not used the internet yet but very happy with the price and set up, highly recommend this TV!

We purchased our TV a few days ago. it was easy to set up and we are truly enjoying the experience of having a big screen with a very clear picture. For the price it's definitely a great value. We are seriously considering getting another one within the next week or so as a gift for my parents bed room.

I have a 37" Vizio LDC HDTV and love it so much that I moved it into my bedroom and bought a bigger, better Vizio for the living room. Keep in mind that I am not always current with the newest electronics on the market, but when I found out that TV's were wireless I had to have one. My main goal right now is to not have a cable bill for a few months or a year. When I saw the TV could be linked to my wireless network at home I had no choice but to do just that. It took minutes to accomplish and all of my favorite internet sites are right there at the push of a button on the remote. The picture on my 47" Wireless LCD HDTV is unbelievable. It has an incredible refresh rate so you see every detail as it looks in real life. There are other TV brands on the market that have all of the same or similar features, but it really is the picture clarity of the Vizio that brought me back for a second TV.

Super clear picture, bright colors, good sound and love the internet apps, however, the remote is terrible...Too small, print on it is too small and no backlighting so you need to turn on a light if you need to change something on the remote which defeats the reason I bought it for my bedroom. Also, I can not merge my cable remote with the Vizio remote and if there is a way, they dont mention it in the manual.
I bought it for $599 at Target so even with bad remote it was a good deal!(Posted on 6/30/12)

It took me 10 minutes to put the television on the stand and about another 5 to do the set up and good to go. The colors are great and the clarity to watch a baseball game is unreal. Very happy with the set and would buy another Vizio if I needed another TV. Thanks for a great product at a great price.
