Had issues trying to flash updates using the web site's flash file. Was sent new flash file through e-mail. Flashed OK. Has issues with on screen soft buttons appearing randomly with no user input. Has weak remote control distance.

I have always owned Sony products prior to buying two Vizio TV's. Very happy with this TV and my other. Great customer service from Vizio. There was a firmware download that I could not get to apply to this TV. I contacted customer support who promptly send me a flash drive with the update.

I purchased this TV because I needed a monitor for my desktop computer. I'm very pleased with it's performance. That it's a great TV as well is a real bonus! Picture clarity, brightness and contrast are well beyond my expectations. You should get one!

After 30 years of not having a TV in the bedroom, this attractive and slim TV won us over - especially with the electronic picture frame feature. The design is really stunning and looks great on or off. The ease of loading photos and using it as a picture frame was a wonderful bonus! As a TV for tight spaces or where you want the TV to be a subtle feature in the decor this is wonderful. I am quite satisfied to give up the large screen in the living room and watch this crisp image.

Nice tv I bought the 19" at christmas for the kitchen counter.. the picture is picture perfect..everyting about it is top quality... target had the best price at $ 249.00. 1 bad point would be the large power box connection to the wall. apx.1" wide x 3 1/2" deep x 3 1/2" long and is NOT a grounded connecton.
