Our E321VL was a gift from our kids for Christmas - 2012. It hooked up easily and has worked flawlessly. The menu items are easy to follow, and I really like the way you can change settings while still watching your show or movie. Great piece of equipment.

Have not had it very long but it is as good as any Sony or RCA we have ever had. From the sound of the reviews, it seems to give quality and long service.

Bought the tv in the summer and loved it! Easy set up and everything. Then 3 months into having the tv I came home and the screen would not show but there was sound. After taking two weeks to get someone to come fix it, it was nice to have the TV back. However, not even a week and half later the TV went completely dead! Now I am waiting to have Vizio deal with this again. Very frustrating and sad because I use to be a big Vizio fan.

I called customer service after I could not figure out why my tv was all purple and green. Once I called the customer service lady registered my tv, gave me a id number in case I ever have to call back this service is lifetime FREE. Then she asked me what was hooked up in back of the tv how was it hooked up. Which its hooked up to a cable box. She then had me go to the cords and I realized one was not hooked up. Once I hooked this up the color was fine. The customer service is excellent and FREE. I was planning on buying a new tv different brand but because of this experience I decided to stay with Vizio can't wait to get my new bigger TV....

i bought this This Vizio 32" 720p HDTV at Walmart cause i had old standard TVs for years cause i'm always broke from Bills & could not afford a HDTV. and i bought this one & MAN it is awsome never had problems & its great for Videogames like PS3/Xbox360 and you can play the games for Hours with OUT the images burning on the screen. this TV also has a Preset colors called "Game" and its ment for Videogames, i also upgraded my cablebox to HD to use full HD on my awsome Vizio 32" 720p HDTV.

By today's standards a 720p, 60Hz, non-LED TV sounds like a pile of junk ,but this TV is exceptional. I own a 1080p Samsung LED, and I'm here to give you a testimonial that this TV is on par picturewise with the suped-up big boys. Your eye cannot hardly tell the difference between 720p and 1080p, so don't buy into the hype. , it's a mind thing more than anything else. If the fact that this is only 720 was a hindrance for you, trust me it's just as good, I have both! Hook up a Bluray to this thing and it is stunning. The menus are very modern and easy to follow, with nice icons that give you the sense it's a much more expensive device. Great sound considering the sound of thinner TVs. Lots of pictures and sound adjustment optionsto access zoom options for switching between standard def picture or DVD and 16:9 HD. This tv is easy to operate and simply great vibrant sharp picture. I've had it over a year and no trouble whatsoever, I run it almost all night every night, I'm one of those people that falls asleep watching aa DVD and wake up to the menu screen...and no burn in yet! You won't be disappointed.

Bought a Samsung 32 inch TV. A month after purchasing it, I was seeing 3D on my screen, the only problem was it was not 3D :-). I called Tech Support and was told I would receive an email or phone call to help with the problem, withing 24 to 48 hours.

After not getting an email or phone call after that period, I contacted Target, and they said to just bring it back, which I did. I looked at some other products on the internet and found the Vizio TV which was comparable, and thought Vizio was a good choice.

I have read the other reviews, and yes, the included screwdriver brought a smile to my face. I was looking for this big manual on how to install things, and when I found the small booklet at the bottom of the box, I thought to myself....uh, oh. It was pretty hard work to put the screws in.......lol. Okay, plug the power cord in, attach the cable connection, that was pretty easy :-)

Now, the hard part, get it working, with this little manual. Undaunted, I plunged ahead to about page 6 and turned the TV on. Okay, this looks easy, and it was. The only thing that took long was the channel searching.

The picture is great and I love to be able to hook my computer to the TV to play games and things.

Is kind of funny that the biggest complaint I saw in reviews was the size of the remote. To me, it feels very comfortable and has the touch of a cell phone. All of the key functions are reachable, holding in one hand,, where the remote with the Samsung remote I had to reposition my hand on the remote to do all of the things that I wanted.

So, I just hope that this TV will last longer than the Samsung, and no, I am not being paid to write this review :-)

I measured my entertainment unit some time ago, and never seemed to find something that would fit. This TV leaves approximately an inch of "breathing space" each side and gives me room enough to add another component or two. It fills the height I wanted better than any other TV I looked at also, so many are shorter by a couple inches of screen. It looks really nice in there!
Set up was so easy, by myself it took minutes! I can lift it alone and turn it to add components without any problem. My Comcast remote works well with this TV, too. Another benefit I was pleasantly surprised by is that the TV remote operates my BluRay player, I didn't even have to set that up, it does all the functions I need already!
I watched all the display TV's in the store, Walmart, and Vizio's was my favorite, easy on the eyes, fantastic color, and the volume level is audible at a lower level than most TV's. I have a time hearing certain tones, but this TV is somehow easier to hear for me.
I am very happy with my treat for myself!

Great picture and great sound.
I was looking at computer monitors and decided at these prices why not just get a TV. The detail on my drawings and on text is very clean and clear.
One small suggestion. It would be great if you could choose to keep the TV audio on in computer and RGB mode. So many of us use these as monitors in our home office and like to have the business news on while we work on the computer.

Just bought my first Vizio TV, got it home & installed, turned it on and WOW! I was blown away with the presentation! Great resolution, perfect color, just a wonderful product! I will definitely buy another and DO highly recommend this particular TV...with only one mention. The audio would be greatly improved through a surround-sound system, as the onboard sound is very "weak-willy". That said, I STILL like this TV!!!

So, I bought it and was shocked to see they even included a screwdriver; NOBODY does that anymore. The picture is excellent and I LOVE the virtual surround. This is the best TV I've ever owned and I am now a loyal customer forever.

After weeks and weeks of going through all the review's and going to Wally World,K-Mart,Target,Best buy to view the Tv's,I decided the Vizio had the better picture and sound for me.
Good decision as far as I am conserned, set up was easy, the on screen menu,very easy to decipher( much better than most tv's and I have set a lot up for neigbor's) and set your tv up.
Only problem so far and it's not in the Tv,it's in the cable box,a slight hum ( depending on the volume) when your in the menu,hard to notice when watching a movie.

Color's great,sound is very good ( for my purpose), a very good TV
I didnt even know it was a 1081 compatible till the cable guy told me.

Great job Vizio,well done.

I just bought this model from Sam's ($279. plus tax). Looked great in the store against the competitors so I bought it -loved the "framed look".

Set it up (for heavans sake it doesn't get any easier with the provided "real screwdriver" and the 1 turn screw for the base) and the picture quality didn't look the same as the display model @ Sam's. Managed to figure out how the remote and adjustor controls works (Duh!!!) Hint: look for "vivid color on high" and some other details...

As the other folks are sayin' couldn't be more elated for the price and ultimate quality.
The refresher rate is sort of slow, but your eyes get used to it -less than a mill a sec.

BravO VisiO!!!

I just got the thing yesterday. Great picture. Good sound. Easy set-up. Good price. No problems or complaints. Comes with one year limited warranty on parts and labor--some TV's are only coming with 3 months! Good, large, easy to read, set up instructions and manual. The only thing I would improve is the remote. The buttons are too small and too close together. Sadly though, this is a industry-wide problem. I have not found one new TV that comes with a remote that is not similarly flawed. It's something that can only be solved by buying after-market remote controls, I guess.

Just bought another E321VL for my office downstairs. Bought one for the wife for Christmas for the bedroom. Have a 42" and a 24" in the kitchen. For the money you can't beat the color and I have no problem with the sound. We only run DVD's through them and all are clear and bright. I recommend the brand to anyone who asks.

had been told some time ago about vizio and how they were pioneers in flat screen tv's so not having alot of money ,,but wanting the best veiwing experience possible ....finally saw an ad at wally-world and pulled the trigger "what $288.00 !!! " I'll take that,, then with the target ad for $269.00 wal-mart honored the ad gave me a gift card for the difference ...I.m a happy camper ,,got my unit home set-up was a breeze w/2 hdmi ports my ps3/ cable are amazing,,,looks great ,,operates well,,,,thanx wally-world/target,,,most of all thank you vizio for looking out for the little guy and making an affordable flat screen kudos!!!

I decided to upgrade my kitchen tv to a LCD unit. After reading many reviews on Vizio, some good, some bad, I went w a Sanyo. The Sanyo immediately started showing screen problems and I returned it to the store. I had been looking @ Vizio prior, and decided to purchase the 32", against the reviews. This set is performing far past my expectations. I'm a semi-retired engineer w a home office full of laptops, 23" monitors, etc.,all brand names. This Vizio out shines them all!!! When replacing the rest of my tvs, I will definately go with Vizio again. Now mind you, it has only been playing for a week, but ....

I just bought this tv yesterday as a Christmas present to myself and I love it! I bought it at Walmart for 288.00 plus tax. I also bought one of those flat multi-directional hdtv antennas from RCA and set it on the shelf below the tv and the reception and picture is fantastic! The picture is so vivid and clear. I have no problems anymore with reception. It's very easy to set up and the remote is simple to understand. The sound is pretty good, but I may look into some sort of sound system. I recommend this tv!!

I was in Target looking at all 32" TV's and found this Vizio to have the best picture by far.
I also bought the Vizio Blu-ray, and found it very easy to install everything. The TV is lightweight enough I could pick it up easily. The sound is surprisingly good - lots of subtle nuances there.

I use off-air channels, and I lost a few when I changed from a regular TV to the Vizio. I'd thought it would be the opposite, that I would get more with a newer TV, but not so. Though I will use it with my Netflix and other movie sources, I still want all my local channels and am missing one, and a couple of others. I don't really want to spend another $70 to get yet another antenna, so I'm leaving the other TV hooked up to its antenna to get everything on it. This is the only negative so far, but it can be a big one in areas where off-air reception is difficult to get.

Vizio did an amazing job with this TV! Nice and simple design, plenty of connections, and easy to setup. Greatest of all is the display, amazing picture, in high def or standard def. Simple remote with good button placement. Easy to use menu. And the speakers on the tv are actually very good, contrary to some other reviews. Srs effects really liven up regular programming. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10.

I thought I would buy a less expensive model (Philips) for the bedroom. It would not identify the HD channels. I called tech support and they said it was a problem with my cable. I packed it up and returned it and paid a little more for a Vizio and hooked it up. I got every HD channel! I now have 3 Vizio's in the house and all work perfectly. I feel bad for trying to buy another brand. I am now loyal to Vizio TV's!

Best 32" t.v I've ever owned for any price. Picture is unreal. Football games are like being there. I saw an LED Sony t.v at Walmart for 3 times the price,and for the money this t.v .blows it away. I used to be a Sony man,but not anymore.I can't stop watching this Vizio.I love that cool light that lights up when you turn it on and turns orange when you turn it off. I payed $288.00 plus tax for this t.v. at Walmart. Amazing deal.

I intially had the unit hooked up to a DirecTV SD box. I wasn't very happy as the picture was always blurry no matter what I did. That was until I got the DirecTV HD box installed. Amazing improvement!
When purchased I was told the unit was a 720 HD. I figured for the money I was paying it might by OK. It wasn't, but now I have as good a set up in my bedroom as with my Sony 46" Bravia system. Once it was hooked up to the new box it began transmitting at 1080 P and the picture is great. I spend a good deal of time in my bedroom because of a disability...now I don't mind so much as this TV is way more than I expected and a much higher value than I could imagine. I am more than happy with this unit and don't think I will continue to be the loyal Sony customer I have been for the last 40 years or so.

I purchased this TV at Walmart two weeks ago. It is absolutely wonderful. It has a great picture and great sound. There is nothing that I do not like about this tv. I researched for a month before making this purchase. This tv has a built in tuner so I was able to get rid of my converter box. It picks up my local channels way better than the converter box ever did. I am just amazed with this tv and I am thinking of purchasing another one for my dad as a Christmas present this year. I only had to use one cable (an hdmi cable) to hook it up so I do not have a bundle of wires going every which way which is very nice. You won't go wrong if you purchase this tv.

I had bought an Emerson 32"LCD TV on Christmas of 2008 and it was a good TV i thought, but today, the 4th of July, my Emerson blew out. We went to Wal-Mart and this Vizio was the cheapest 32" TV comparable to my Emerson. I paid $328 for the Vizio, but we paid $399 for the Emerson. So I saved $70 and I couldn't believe it but the cheaper TV is a lot better than my old Emerson. Picture, Sound, the Works!! It is all better. I do wish there were a few more game console connections (red, white, and yellow RCA connections) There is only one but I was able to run one through my DVD player. But that is the only short coming i see so far. Thanks Vizio!!!

Bought the TV at Wal-Mart for $328 bucks after taking back a crappy Emerson 40". The quality of the LCD is waaaaay better. Could not be happier. The tech specs say that the TV is only 720p. That is wrong, I have my PS3 hooked up to it and it is displaying at 1080p. I also have my PC hooked up to it and running it as a secondary monitor at 1920 x 1080 res. As a monitor the text is a little blurry but when I play movies and shows on it it looks excellent. The color adjustments work well and the picture presets are pretty spot on. The ambient light sensor works pretty well. Sometimes I can see the backlight change when there is no change in the ambient light in the room. It doesn't happen enough to be annoying so it's no big deal. Overall its a 5 star 32" and for the money you can't beat it.

Great TV with a great price Review by pastorbob

Bought this to replace an 11 year old 32" Sony CRT TV. Connected a spare computer with HDMI output and an older Creative Labs / Logitech speaker system combo and I have a poor man's home theater system. Streaming Hulu and other online videos is a breeze. Off-air HDTV channels look great. Even standard Direct TV looks and sounds much better than expected. Perfect size for our small living room. Compared to a smaller 22" LCD flat screen HDTV I have in my workout room this Vizo has a much better picture and sound quality.
